If you are getting lots of spam messages on your mail address and you have mail ids of Gmail,Yahoo and Hotmail then these email providers have Spam Protection Option by default.But if you are using other providers mail ids then they are not provided with Spam Protection Option. Sometimes for spam protection they take charge for it or not provided.

2. If you are forum user and subscribed newsletter than you should make other new mail id for that. You should not give your personal mail id for that type of usage. Keep your original mail id only for family and professional work.

3. This is important point because generally you write your mail id on forum or any chat box like yourname@gmail.com. You should not write your email address like this because when you write mail address yourname@gmail.com then spam robots which crawls web will understand that the email with "@" in it. So you should write your mail address like yourname(at)gmail.com because any human can easily understand this but spam robots crawl don't understand.

Spam Filters

1. By default in Yahoo and Gmail have Spam Folders option.But some providers have not this name folder so you should make New Folder and name it Spam or what you want to give.

2. You can create filtering in emails so Spam Emails directly redirect to the Spam Folder.This filtering is done very easily because most of the spam emails have not recipient by name.

3. If you are getting lots of spam emails from any company like cosmetic products then filter can be easily done. Just click on create a filter and make a rule. Suppose email body contains letter cosmetic, then move this email to Spam making rule. You can also make the rule that it directly delete this mail instead of moving in Spam Folder.

Warning

You must not reply spam emails.If these emails provides link to Unsubscribe then also you should not click on it because this will not delete your mail id from their list but they will confirm that mail id is valid.

Next you select the command which you want to do. In that you will select the “Shutdown” command.

You can also tell the reason for unexpected shutdown or restart computer without logging on local computer in option column.

To send the command to other computer you have permission to administrative privileges on that computer.

Last time i have told about lock file without Encryption Software. Now we talk one more step of file change. sometimes you think about encryption of your private video files and documents.On the Internet lots of encryption software are available but many times it is also not so much helpful. Here I will give you very fantastic trick to hide your private files. In this trick you don't have to hide your folder not encrypt it but you only have to do change your file extension and that's It.

In this trick you just have to change the file extension and to change the file you have to follow this procedure.

Steps:

1. Go to in My Computer.

2. Then click on Tools in menu bar.
3. Click on Folder Options.

4. In Folder Options click on View Tab.

5. In view tab un-tick Hide Extensions for known file types.

6. Then click ok.

7. After clicking ok you will see that song will be in at the end .mp3, video will be at the end .avi or .vob or .mp4.

7. Now go to the file which you want to change.

8. Select file which you want to change and rename it now.

10. When you are going to rename, just change file extension. Suppose you want to change video file in exe for encryption then just change .avi to .exe then its symbol will be changed and it will become setup file. If you want to change .avi to text then change it from .avi to .txt then its symbol will become like text file it will become text file.

11. After changing your file then again go to Tools >> Folder Option >> View and again tick Hide Extensions for known file types so all extension will be hidden.

If you want to change again extension for to make original file then again follow 1 to 10 steps.

By this simple trick you can make great difference in files and no one can think about that it can be video file or etc. So you can keep your data safe from other people.

Lock your Folder without Encryption Software

Are you finding any tricks that lock or hide your folder without any tedious installation of software? Then your solution is in this post because today I will show you notepad trick which will work as Folder Locking Software.
Step By Step Solution:

1. Suppose you want to lock folder Ghoomar (It is folder Name) and path of it in My Computer F:\Ghoomar (It is example of path in my Hard Drive).

2. So now go to F:\ location (One back step of F:\Ghoomar).

3. Now open Notepad and copy following code and paste it in Notepad.

ren Ghoomar Ghoomar.{21EC2020-3AEA-1069-A2DD-08002B30309D}

And name it lock.bat and save it to F:\ location.

Note: (Write your Folder name In place of Ghoomar)

4. Again open Notepad and Copy this code and paste it in Notepad:

ren Ghoomar.{21EC2020-3AEA-1069-A2DD-08002B30309D} Ghoomar

And name it key.bat and save it to F:\ location.

5. Now when you double click on lock.bat, it will lock your folder that my folder is Ghoomar and you will see icon of your folder like Show Desktop.

And when you click on locked folder it wills transfer you to control panel.

6. If you want to unlock it then double click on key.bat file and you will get again your same folder at position.

(It will not work for the hidden folder so to lock it first unhidden it).

I am very fond of playing Games so few days ago I want to start my NFS Carbon game but when I click on icon that I saw error that Batch file missing. At that time I could not solve it and I again reinstalled game. Then I want to learn how to create .bat file. After tolerating many problems I found solution How to Create Batch File. So I want to share with you how to create it.
Steps:

1. First go Start >> All Programs >> Accessories >> Notepad.

2. Now type or paste code what you want in Notepad.

3. This is main important step. Now save this file as your name or what name you want. For me it is Shravan.bat.
4. But in saving procedure go Save As then new window open, where you can see there find Save as type. By default way it is Text Documents (*.txt) so select All Files in Save as type.

5. Then type name of your batch file. My batch file name is Shravan.bat so write it in File name.

6. At last save it where you want to save.

7. So it becomes MS Dos Batch file and its symbol was like this.

I tried much more on the Internet how to solve this problem after all I found it. I think this problem become when we connect monitor to other. The solution of it is very simple. Just follow the steps.

Simple Steps of Solution:

1. While you start the PC and you can nothing see on display or frequency error in normal starting mode then again restarting pressing F8 or according to your system go in Safe Mode. In Safe Mode your windows will start easily.

2. So first is start in Safe Mode.

3. If it is not work then start your windows in Last Known Good Configuration. If it starts then your problem solved.

4. Above two tips not work then System Restore option will sure work. Restore your system in System Restore so your monitor will get start.
